Arunima Saraf is a Lecturer at Jindal Global Law School. She obtained an integrated undergraduate law degree of BA. LL.B. (Hons.) from O. P. Jindal Global University. She also pursued her L.L.M. in General Legal Studies from Centre for Post Graduate Legal Studies at JGU, where she wrote her dissertation in constitutional law and constitutionalism.
Prior to joining JGU, she worked as a Research Assistant at Jindal Initiative on Research in Intellectual Property and Competition (JIRICO). She has been researching and writing on comparative IPR policies, data protection, data privacy and ownership, anti-piracy and anti-counterfeiting in copyrights and trademarks. She has also worked on global patent licensing. She has been teaching civil laws at JGLS and her primary research interest lies in intellectual property laws.
