Arunima Saraf

Arunima Saraf is an Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Law School. She graduated with a BA. LL.B. (Hons) from O. P. Jindal Global University in 2017. She also completed her L.L.M. in General Legal Studies from Centre for Post Graduate Legal Studies at JGU in 2018.

She worked as a Research Assistant at Jindal Initiative on Research in Intellectual Property and Competition (JIRICO) before joining JGU as junior faculty in 2020. She has contributed to scholarship on comparative IPR policies, anti-piracy and anti-counterfeiting in copyrights and trademarks and global trends in patent licensing.

She has been teaching commercial laws, property law, and intellectual property law at JGLS and her areas of research include the same.
