Aditya holds LL.M. in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London with Distinction in International Construction Contracts and Dissertation. He has participated in the 19th Stetson International Environmental Moot Court and the 11th Oxford Price Media Law Moot Court Competition.

While pursuing his Bachelor’s degree, Aditya worked with various organizations like World Wide Fund for Nature-India, National Legal Services Authority of India, J&K State Pollution Control Board and Indian Red Cross Society, J&K. Aditya also worked for Hon’ble Justice T.S. Thakur, both when he was the Chief Justice, Supreme Court of India and later when he was an independent arbitrator.

Before joining JGU, Aditya was engaged in civil, criminal and constitutional litigation before the High Court and various District Courts in J&K. He works in close co-ordination with United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Delhi and Save the Children, J&K on matters of Rohingya refugees and child protection.

His areas of interest include Alternative Dispute Resolution, Medical Law and Refugee Law.
