Prachi is working as an Assistant Lecturer at Jindal Global Law School. She joined O.P. Jindal Global University in 2020 as a Teaching and Research for Intellectual Pursuit (TRIP) Fellow.

She obtained her B.A. LL.B. degree from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi in 2019. She earned her Masters in Law degree with a specialization in Intellectual Property Rights from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat in the year 2020. Her dissertation was titled “Copyright Infringement on Social Media: An Analytical Study between USA, UK, and India”. She has qualified UGC NET for Assistant Professor twice, in 2020 and 2021.

She has also presented and authored several research papers relating to domain names, FRAND royalties, designer babies, gender neutral laws etc. Prachi’s primary areas of interest include Intellectual Property Rights, Media and Entertainment Laws, and Family Law.
