Dr. Raunak Joshi is an Assistant Professor in the Operations Management and Supply Chain Group at Jindal Global Business School. He completed his Ph.D. in the Operations Management domain from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and his graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University. His dissertation on retail operations examines the strategies of multichannel retailers and manufacturers to sell products through multiple channels in a competitive landscape. In addition, his research interests include healthcare operations and the economics of digital goods, where he uses game-theoretic, stochastic, and choice modeling methodologies to derive managerial insights. He has published in renowned international journals like the Decision Sciences Journal, International Journal of Production Economics, Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review, and International Journal of Production Research. He has presented his work at various international conferences like the MSOM Conference, INFORMS Revenue Management and Pricing Conference, INFORMS Annual Meeting, POMS Conference, and DSI Conference.
