Biography

Dr. Rahul Yadav is an Assistant Professor in the area of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at Jindal Global Business School. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur.

His academic work focuses on the intersection of psychology and entrepreneurship, where he investigates how psychological traits and states influence entrepreneurial behavior and outcomes. Bridging theory and practice, Dr. Yadav adopts an interdisciplinary lens that integrates psychological and sociological perspectives into the study of entrepreneurship and strategic decision-making.

Dr. Yadav has published research in leading academic journals such as the Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing and the Journal of Entrepreneurship. He has also been honored with the Best Paper Award at the International Conference on Entrepreneurship and Family Business, reflecting the scholarly impact of his research.

At JGBS, he is deeply committed to cultivating a learning environment that promotes inquiry, innovation, and critical thinking. He actively mentors aspiring entrepreneurs and researchers, helping them navigate the evolving landscape of business and society.

Outside the classroom, Dr. Yadav is an avid reader with a keen interest in interdisciplinary thought and the dynamic interface between entrepreneurship and societal change.
