Biography

Dr. Lokesh Posti is an Assistant Professor in Economics at Jindal Global Business School. He obtained his PhD (Economics) from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur. He has a postgraduate degree in economics along with a bachelor’s in engineering. He has also cleared UGC NET 2022.

His doctoral dissertation – Essays on Informal Firm Productivity - focused on productivity analyses among Indian informal firms. His research interest lies in microeconomics and development economics.

He is serving as a reviewer in reputed journals such as - Journal of Enterprise Information Management (ABDC-A, Scopus), International Journal of Social Economics (ABDC-B, Scopus) and Management of Environmental Quality (ABDC-C, Scopus) Prior to his doctoral program, he worked as a Scale-1 officer at Indian Overseas Bank (Govt of India Undertaking).
