The project has successfully accomplished the goal of creating, obtaining approval for, promoting and delivering a transnational course module. By engaging in this collaborative effort across three institutions, it has enhanced the knowledge and skills of each institution in the fields of environmental law, climate change, and international legal remedies. Furthermore, it has facilitated the development of a novel learning model that integrates conventional learning approaches with CLE. All three universities have collaborated in the exchange of effective teaching strategies, encompassing educational quality benchmarks and meticulous and inclusive evaluation methodologies, as well as synchronised and effectively executed administrative authorizations among the three institutions pertaining to the proposed course framework |
