Dr. Samir Kapur is a distinguished professional with over 29 years of rich experience across corporate communications, capital markets communications, and industrial engineering. With a diverse academic background, he holds an engineering degree, an MBA, and two PhDs—one in Media and Entertainment from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) and the other in International Relations. Dr. Kapur currently serves as Director at Adfactors PR, India’s largest public relations firm.
An accomplished author, educator, and columnist, Dr. Kapur’s insights are regularly featured in leading publications such as The Times of India, The Hindu, CNBC, and The Economic Times. His acclaimed book, When India Votes, was a top seller in 2019 on Amazon, recognized for its deep analysis of political marketing and campaigning.
In recognition of his exceptional contributions to the field, he was honored as the PR Person of the Year by Business World in 2017 and was inducted into the PR Hall of Fame by the Public Relations Society of India.
Dr. Kapur is also a highly sought-after trainer and coach, having conducted over 500 training workshops for CXOs, politicians, and bureaucrats. He continues to impart his knowledge by teaching at some of the most prestigious MBA and mass communication institutes across the country, shaping the next generation of industry leaders.
