BIC bridges the gap between behavioural sciences and industry by:

  1. Equipping members with actionable behavioural expertise to enhance executive presence, recruitment strategies, and workplace effectiveness.
  2. Encouraging industrial psychologists to innovate, collaborate, and gain visibility in organisational consulting, talent development, change management, and market analytics.
  3. Offering hands-on programs to upskill members in behavioural analytics, corporate strategy, organisational well-being, and learning & development.
  4. Developing self-image and personal branding skills.
