"Psych Digest: The World Through Your Lens" is a quarterly e-magazine initiative of the postgraduate students at the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS). Team Psych Digest wants to make Psychology relevant, relatable, and accessible.

The theme for the seventh issue of our e-magazine is "The Resilient Mind: Unlocking the Mysteries of Inner Strength." Each piece draws the reader into a voyage of discovery, drawing on academic literature, personal stories, and vivid storytelling. 

With contributions transcending boundaries in this issue, we have entries from different universities across India, as well as schools from JGU and the U.K. We also take this opportunity to express our gratitude to the student contributors whose illuminating, thoughtful, and deeply knowledgeable pieces have found a place in this magazine.
