Biography

Sudipt Kumar holds an interdisciplinary academic background in social sciences and management. He completed his PhD in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management from the Vinod Gupta School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. Sudipt earned his bachelor’s degree from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi, followed by master’s degrees from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. He has also held research positions at the Centre for Knowledge Societies, New Delhi, and the Institute of Rural Management, Anand. His research interests focus on social intelligence, gainful employment, organizational theory, and the management of non-profit organizations.
