Established in 2015, the Centre for Leadership & Change (CLC) at Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences has been committed to shaping effective leadership in today’s competitive environment by nurturing and inspiring budding leaders. Under the guidance of Dr. Pooja Patnaik, Deputy Director, the Centre empowers individuals to develop innovative ideas, leadership skills, and transformative approaches to societal change. CLC sensitizes future leaders to sustainable growth models by providing them with platforms where current leaders share their experiences through leadership summits, panel discussions, and academic engagements such as conferences, seminars, and Certificate Course on Management Consulting Fundamentals.
Over the years, CLC has successfully organized impactful events, including JIGYASA, a PAN-India fest that fuses business and psychology through debates, pitching, bidding, case study challenges, panel discussions, and speed networking, offering students both recognition and real-world learning opportunities. Additionally, the Centre has conducted masterclasses on psychometric assessments and exploring career opportunities in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, reflecting its mission to equip students with practical insights, professional exposure, and skills essential for the future.
To nurture leaders who think boldly, act with integrity, and apply evidence-based organizational insights to create meaningful change for a sustainable and inclusive future of work and society.
The core values of the Centre for Leadership and Change (CLC) are: Integrity, Excellence, Social Responsibility, Inclusivity and Empowerment, Collaboration, Critical thinking, Congruence, and Inspiration.
