CCFS was founded in 2020 to direct more focused efforts in research and pedagogy towards integrating forensic science and criminology into legal education and practice. The Centre fosters interdisciplinarity in allied disciplines such as forensic science, law, criminology and psychology, with the main focus on models that assist the criminal justice mechanisms in regional and international regimes.
