Ritesh Bajaj

Ritesh Bajaj is a Lecturer at JGLS. He completed B.A. LL.B. from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2017 and completed his LL.M. in International & European Tax Law from Maastricht University, the Netherlands in 2019. Before joining JGLS as an Assistant Lecturer, Ritesh gained experience in tax law by being associated with Trilegal for five months as a Tax Associate and with Vishesh Bajaj & Associates (a chartered accountant firm) for about 1.5 years. Ritesh also gained extensive experience in arbitration and commercial disputes by being associated with P&A Law Offices for 11 months. Ritesh specialises in direct tax and international tax laws with focus on taxation of digital economy. Outside of work, Ritesh enjoys travelling, hiking and cooking.
