Professor Trish Mundy is Dean and Head of the School of Law in the Faculty Business and Law, at the University of Wollongong. Professor Mundy has previously served in many capacities including as Associate Dean (Education), Law Discipline Leader, Academic Program Director and Head of Students. She has over 15 years’ experience teaching in higher education, including in clinical, professional and skills based contexts.
Professor Mundy’s principal research interests include legal education, legal ethics and professional responsibility and access to law and justice. Professor Mundy has been part of national teaching and learning projects and has received both institutional and national awards for her outstanding contributions to teaching and learning. Professor Mundy has also made significant contributions to the scholarship of teaching and learning in these areas and is an accredited peer reviewer of teaching.
Apart from her considerable work and interest in teaching and learning, her other principal research interests concern the advancement of women within the legal profession, and legal practice in rural, regional and remote Australia.
