Piergiuseppe is an Italian qualified Lawyer and a graduate of the University of Cagliari, Italy. His specialization falls in the broader domain of Public International Law and International Economic Law. He has been auditor of the Summer Courses at The Hague Academy of International Law and at the International Academy for Arbitration Law in Paris. He holds an LL.M. from the National University of Singapore, New York University School of Law, and Leiden University. He has collaborated with the Chair of International and European Law of the University of Cagliari, Faculty of Economics, Law and political Science, Department of Law, and at present he is completing a PhD Researcher at the University of Tilburg, focusing on the People’s Republic of China Innovation policies. He is interested in dispute settlement, investment law, general public international law, IP and innovation, and climate change.
