Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) is now offering the 3 years Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice (B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice) programme. The programme is designed in complaince with the latest University Grants Commission prescriptions and aims at fostering a culture of scholarship and academic excellence amongst the students. Criminology as a branch of knowledge is built on certain foundations which include a thorough understanding of criminal justice system, elementary knowledge of criminal law, and an appreciation of rule of law. Criminology improves the criminal justice system by contributing to the effective enforcement of criminal law. Through the programme, the School aims to build criminal justice professionals who can contribute to the administration of the justice by upholding the values of rule of law.
