International Criminal Justice and Humanitarian Law

The Center has two principal aims: to provide a forum for discussion and stimulus for research on contemporary problems confronting international criminal justice and humanitarian law; and, to undertake eld research in support of a forthcoming book that surveys India’s response to a variety of transitional and international justice initiatives in its immediate neighborhood.
