Abhipsa Dash holds a Master in Law (LL.M) in International Commercial Arbitration and International Law from Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA, USA where she graduated with a Distinction in 2020 and a Dual Bachelor in Law and Business Administration from Symbiosis International Deemed University. Her LL.M. focused on International Commercial Arbitration, augmenting her firm base on United Nations and International law, Regulation of Financial Institutions, Corporation as well as International Litigation and Arbitration. Prior to joining JGLS, she worked at Corporate and International Immigration law firms based in Dallas, TX; Miami, FL, and Washington DC as head of the legal consultation.

She has also completed Courses at the prestigious Hague Academy of International Law where she was working as a co-researcher with other Diploma students. During her LL.M., she also worked as a student advocate at the Veterans and Service-members Clinic and Research Assistant, Prof. (Dr.) Tiyanjana Maluwa; H. Laddie Montague Chair in Law, legal adviser to the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and International Jury of the Stockholm Prize in Criminology. She was also the LL.M. representative of the Asian-Pacific American Law Students Association.

She has done in-depth research on International Resolutions passed by the UNSC on various countries such as Libya, Sudan, and the African Union and has made contributions to the Max Planck Yearbook of United Nations Laws.
