Mr. Rajat Datta

Rajat Datta is an Assistant Lecturer at Jindal Global Law School. A corporate and commercial laws enthusiast, he holds an LL.M degree from Queen Mary University of London, an LLB(H) from Amity University, Noida and a B.A degree from University of Delhi.

Besides achieving exceptional academic results, he has also served as a Legal Advisor in Public Legal Education dept. of qLegal, a probono legal aid cell of Queen Mary University of London. His research interests lie in Company Laws, Banking Regulations, Mergers & Acquisitions and Regulation of Financial Market.
