Divya Sridhar

Divya Sridhar is a postgraduate in Law from King’s College, London specialising in subjects such as Public International Law, Intellectual Property Law, and International Arbitration. She has extensively analyzed the protection conferred under the Trademarks regime in the United Kingdom, United States of America, and India.

Apart from her work in academia, she has undertaken several roles in law firms and before the High Court of Madras and Karnataka under the tutelage of leading practitioners.

She is a professional dancer in the classical dance form of Bharatnatyam and enjoys traveling as well as reading literary fiction.

Her research interests include Copyright law and Patent law with a focus on plant biotechnology.
