Biography
Esha Rana is an Assistant Professor with Jindal Global Law School (JGLS), O.P. Jindal Global University. She has a B.A.LLB (Hons.) from JGLS and an LLM in Environmental Law and Sustainable Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, London. She has practical experience in environmental litigation with a focus on illegal wildlife trading, forestry, mining, and water governance. Her research interests revolve around a multidisciplinary approach focusing on Arbitration and Environmental Justice from a South Asian Perspective.
