Paarth is an Assistant Lecturer at Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University. He has an academic interest in data protection law. He has published on data protection in journals, including the Tilburg Law Review, European Data Protection Law Review, the Journal of Data Protection & Privacy, and the Economic & Political Weekly. Paarth is a faculty at Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University. He has been a Research Fellow with the Jean Monnet Chair in Multi-dimensional Approaches to the Understanding of the EU Data Protection Framework [2020-2023] at O.P. Jindal Global University. He is also involved in research work with the Centre for Research in Medicine, Law & Bioethics (CMLAB), Jindal Global Law School for the Thakur Foundation Grant. He has an avid interest in data protection. He has published on data protection in journals, including the Tilburg Law Review, European Data Protection Law Review, the Journal of Data Protection & Privacy, the Economic & Political Weekly and the Indian Journal of Medical Ethics. He has 15 SCOPUS indexed publications (11 are published and 4 are forthcoming).
