Ragini Kanungo is Assistant Lecturer at Jindal Global Law School. She completed her Integrated Degree in Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law in 2022 from Amity Law School, Delhi (GGSIP University). Owing to her academic and co-curricular achievements, she was awarded ‘Student of the Year’ in 2019 by her college. The research papers written by her focus on critical analysis of contemporary issues like Election Manifestos and Encounters by Police. After completing B.A. LL.B., she pursued a Master of Law from the University of Cambridge (2022 – 2023) specialising in International Law. Her areas of interest are Public International Law, Human Rights and Constitutional Law. Aligning with her interests she has been the Blogs Editor and College Representative of Cambridge University Human Rights Law Society.
