Arshia Katyal is a lecturer at the Jindal Global Law University. She holds an LL.M. (2022-2023) specialising in Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge (Girton College), where she focused on corporate governance, competition law, international intellectual property law, and secured transactions. She completed her B.A.LL.B. (2014-2019) integrated degree from the University School of Law and Legal Studies, IP University, writing her dissertation on the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. She also holds a Diploma (2017-2018) in Advanced Entrepreneurship Management and Corporate Laws from Gujarat National Law University.

Arshia previously worked as a Legal Counsel at Stanza Living for three years (2019-2022) where she worked on, inter alia, property due diligence and advisory on title, construction, encumbrance, and land use. She also drafted and negotiated lease deeds and a foray into commercial agreements with landlords and other clients across the country. In addition to this, Arshia taught Legal Studies at Delhi Public School, Dwarka to students of classes XI and XII, focusing on property, labour, contract, and IP laws.

Outside of work, Arshia is an avid reader and is passionate about animal rights and mental health rights.
