Parth pursued his LL.M. from Harvard Law School. While at Harvard, he was involved with the Harvard Human Rights Journal, Harvard Law & Policy Review, and the Animal Law Society. He holds an LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University – where he graduated fourth in a cohort of 700+ students.

He has worked with a Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India, where he assisted on significant insolvency, arbitration, and corporate governance matters.

Parth’s legal research has been published in the Harvard Human Rights Journal, National Law School of India Review (Online), and Gender, Human Rights and Law. His columns have appeared in The Hindu, The Indian Express, and Bar and Bench. He is also an avid debater and has twice been recognised among Asia’s top ten speakers at the United Asian Debating Championship (2017 and 2018).
