Prof. Santiago Weil Silva

Prof. Santiago Weil Silva is an Assistant Professor at O.P. Jindal Global University. He graduated from ICESI Law School in Cali, Colombia, and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from The Pennsylvania State University, with a double concentration in international, foreign, and comparative law; and in mediation, negotiation, and arbitration. Santiago has experience working as a litigator before the labor and administrative courts of Colombia, as well as experience working in intellectual property and consumer law.

Santiago’s research interests include international law, comparative law, and international arbitration.
