Mr. Yagub Najafli holds an LL.M. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, specializing in U.S., International, and Transnational law.

As a licensed attorney at law, Mr. Najafli is a member of the Azerbaijani Bar Association and an associate member of the American Bar Association. His professional landscape includes his role as an Attorney in Azerbaijan, Chairman of the Guardianship and Tutorship Authority of Sabail district of Baku city, and Head of the Legal Department for the Executive power of Sabail district.

His academic background includes an LL.B. from Baku State University, supplemented by specialized studies in Public and Municipal Administration in Azerbaijan. Mr. Najafli’s practice is marked by depth and diversity, covering areas such as corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract law, public administration, and family law.
