Prof. Amalesh Prasad

Prof. Amalesh Prasad is an Associate Professor at Jindal Global Law School. Before joining Jindal Amalesh has been an advocate with an experience of more than six years practising in the Supreme Court & High Court specialising in administrative , constitutional , intellectual property & taxation related matters. He has been a legal counsel for a number of corporate houses & medical colleges.

He has done his L.L.B from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University and subsequently went on to do his L.L.M as an International Meritorious Scholar in the field of International Commercial Law from Cardiff University, U.K . He has further studied International Law, Cultural Heritage & Antiquities Law at Tulane Law School,U.S.A and ‘Provenance-Due Diligence’ from University of Siena, Italy . His interest lies in Intellectual Property Rights , International Human Rights , Art Crime & Antiquities law .
