Prof. Sushant Chandra

Mr. Sushant Chandra is an alumnus of Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar and University of Oxford, U.K. He graduated at the top of his class with 7 Gold Medals and Best Outstanding Student Award. Sushant specialises in commercial litigation and white-collar crimes. He represents Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., THDC, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahendra Bank, SIDBI, Quess Corp Ltd. before the courts. He is also a special counsel and special public prosecutor for the Enforcement Directorate before the Special Court and the High Court.

He has taught courses on public law and legal philosophy at JGLS. He is part of the sub-committee that is working on introducing a compulsory curriculum for access to education and legal aid in law schools across India.
