With a demonstrated interdisciplinary background – proficient hands-on practical experience backed by theoretical knowledge – my research adopts techniques and practices from Decision Making, System Dynamics Modelling, Organizational Strategy, Corporate Communication and Information Systems.

My first interest lays in the Governance and the Operational Strategy of the Government and the Industry. By conducting policy experiments and identifying the right set of decision variables my research renders a better understanding of complex problems faced by policymakers. Secondly, I research areas of Supply Chain Management and Facility Logistics to identify the most favourable suppliers and optimal vendors that are of strategic importance to industries today. My third research interest is the development of business tools for the measurement of effectiveness between Manufacturing Strategy and Firm Performance; currently being pursued on Small Medium Enterprises through funded research.

I expect these research interests in the coming 2-3 years to culminate into application-oriented research for improving decision-making and organizational performance. Also, a number of case studies dealing in concepts and managerial challenges for MBA and BBA level are forthcoming.
