Prof. Spriha Bhandari, Assistant Director – CSCAILR, presented at the Fourth Faculty Seminar, organised by JGLS Research Dean’s Office on ‘Smart Calendaring in Courts: An Exploration of Introduction of Technology and Design in Listing of ‘Advance’ Cases in Courts’. The presentation dealt with how legal technology and design maybe incorporated in judicial proceedings for better outcomes.
