Mohit Yadav is Founder of Altinfo, a legal-tech startup that provides detailed reports on Indian companies using publicly available data. A Jindal Global Law School graduate, Mohit has led his company through 1,100+ transactions, including India’s largest private equity deal worth $19 billion, and secured major clients including AZB & Partners, KPMG, and Deloitte.

A published researcher with multiple Scopus-indexed publications, he is regularly quoted in national media including Forbes and The Economic Times. Mohit is currently pursuing advanced studies in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law at Georg August University of Göttingen, Germany.
