Shalinee is currently working an Academic Tutor and TRIP Fellow at Jindal Global Law School (JGLS). She has completed her LL.M in Corporate and Financial Law and Policy from O.P Jindal Global University. For her LL.M thesis, she worked on the topic “Resolving Disputes Behind Closed Doors V/S Resolving Disputes in Public – Comparative Study of Mediation in India and South Korea”. She has completed her BLS LL. B(Hons.) from Dr. DY Patil College of Law, Mumbai University. She has worked under different law firms, senior advocates and has experience on working with Company Law, Negotiable Instruments Act, Consumer Protection Act, Labour Law and also she has assisted in drafting of legal opinions, legal notices, plaints, written statements and various applications. She strongly believes teaching should be done as a passion but not as a profession. Her pedagogical method focuses on research & innovative learning and she believes communicating with the students helps them to share their curious question
Shalinee’s research interests are International Commercial Arbitration, Indian Arbitration, Negotiation and Mediation.
