Rupali Bansal is a Teaching & Research for Intellectual Pursuit (TRIP) Fellow & Academic Tutor at Jindal Global Law School. She obtained an integrated undergraduate law degree of B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from The NorthCap University, Gurgaon in 2019. Her predilection for Corporate Laws motivated her to obtain a Master’s degree in Corporate Laws and Financial Policy from O.P. Jindal Global University in 2020. Her dissertation focused on the nexus between Competition Law and Big Data. She holds a Diploma in Competition Law and Policy from National Law University, Delhi.
Rupali has an extensive internship experience with various law firms and government offices and as in-house legal intern and is enrolled as an Advocate with the Punjab & Haryana Bar Council. Her areas of interest revolve around Competition Law, Negotiation, Mediation, Arbitration, Insurance Law and in emerging areas of law such as Big data, E-commerce laws and Data Protection.
Apart from academics, Rupali is an admirer of art, nature, an avid reader and enjoys travelling.
