Prof. Rashmi holds an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley with dual certificates in energy & clean technology law and environmental law and a B.A., LL.B.(H) from Amity University, Noida.
Prior to joining JGU, she worked at a US-based law firm and interned at California Governor’s Office of Planning and Research. She was also involved in research work with UC Berkeley’s Center for Law, Energy, and Environment. Rashmi started her career as an Associate with a Delhi based law firm, Hammurabi & Solomon Partners where she was involved in policy research and civil litigation with a primary focus on environmental issues.
Her interests include climate change, sustainability, human rights, and art.
