Prof. Krithika Ashok

Prof. Krithika Ashok is an Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Law School. She holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Chicago Law School. Her course work at the University of Chicago was focused largely on law and economics and intellectual property, but she also took courses in constitutional law and jurisprudence. Her research interest is in studying judicial reasoning and behavior and currently, in the context of religious freedom and secularism.

She completed her undergraduate degree in law at National Law University, Jodhpur in 2011, and worked at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, New Delhi for three years, before making the transition to academia.
