Prof. Kirthana Singh Khurana

Prof. Kirthana pursued her B.Com. degree at Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. She further went on to study law at Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. In the year 2019, she completed a Master’s degree in Corporate Law (MCL) at University of Cambridge specialising in corporate governance, international merger control and aspects of financial regulation.

Her areas of interest include corporate laws, comparative corporate governance and corporate social responsibility.
