Prof. Dharmita Prasad

Prof. Dharmita Prasad is an Associate Professor at Jindal Global Law School. She has a master’s degree from University of Johannesburg in International Commercial law and undergraduate degree in Law from National Law University, Jodhpur.

Her research interest is in the area of Private International Law, ranging from jurisprudence behind the subject to the Public Policy exception.

Before making a transition to academia she litigated for 3 years.
