Priyanka Kushwah has completed her Master of Laws (L.L.M.) from National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal in Criminal law and Human Rights and her B.A. L.L.B. (Criminal Law Honours.) from Nirma University.
She has worked as a teaching assistant in Jaipur National University. She has experience of working all across India on varied assignments during her internships. Her interests took her to remote corners of the Kashmir Valley where she conducted legal aid clinics for Jammu and Kashmir Civil Coalition Society, Srinagar to North Eastern Social Research Centre, Guwahati where she was working on customary laws. Other institutions include BHU and Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.
She has also published papers in reputed peer reviewed journals on topics such as Corporate Social Responsibility and LGBT rights. Currently her broad areas of interests are Emerging technologies and its implications on Human Rights with the most recent work being on Right to be forgotten as a Human Right.
