Kriti Bhatnagar

Kriti Bhatnagar is a Teaching & Research for Intellectual Pursuit (“TRIP”) Fellow & Academic Tutor. She holds her LLM from Jindal Global Law School (“JGLS”), Sonipat and B.B.A.LL.B. (Hons) from Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (“NMIMS”), Mumbai.

She carries a keen interest in Criminal Justice, Comparative Criminal Law, Criminology and Constitution Law. Her current research area focuses on:  Intersection of Constitutional Morality and Public Morality in Criminal Justice system, Comparative Analysis on Internet Censorship, Freedom of Speech and Expression on Internet and Redefining of Sexual Behaviour in Criminal Justice System. She also has a keen interest in Dance and Hindustani Classical  Music.
