Julie graduated with a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree from National Law University, Jodhpur in 2014 with a specialization in Business Law. She pursued the Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) programme at Somerville College, University of Oxford (2017-2018), focusing on corporate and commercial laws.

Julie has about five years of experience working as an M&A lawyer at premier law firms in India. During her time as a corporate lawyer, she represented marquee clients including various international private equity players and worked on PE and M&A deals. 

Her research interests lie in the area of corporate governance, financial regulation and takeover law.
