Harshit Rai

Harshit Rai is an Assistant Professor at the Jindal Global Law School. He holds an LLM in International Development Law and Human Rights from the University of Warwick, where he focused on decolonial approaches to politico-legal theory. He graduated with a B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in the year 2019. Harshit previously worked with the India Centre for Migration, a think-tank to the Ministry of External Affairs on matters of international migration and mobility. His interests lie in the field of critical and contextual legal studies.
