In October, Jindal Institute of Leadership Development and Executive Education (JILDEE) conducted two intensive on-campus training programmes under the Mid-Career Training Programme (MCTP) for senior officers of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG).

The programmes were conducted in two batches: (i) MCTP Batch 1 during October 14-19 (26 participants), and (ii) MCTP Batch 2 during October 21-26 (30 participants). The training programmes were inaugurated by Lt. Gen. Prof. (Dr.) Rajesh Kochhar, AVSM and Bar, SM, VSM (Retd.), Senior Director, JILDEE. Dr. Pulkit Khanna, Dean, Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS), was the Academic Course Director.

Each session was designed to be interactive, including real-time case studies, group discussions, and exercises to simulate real-world challenges. The courses ensured engaging classroom interactions that were both meaningful and transformative.
