Jindal Institute of Leadership Development and Executive Education (JILDEE), in academic partnership with the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS), held two on-campus training programmes in November.

* Learn, Empower, Aspire, Develop (LEAD) Programme, focusing on ‘Creating Impactful Learning Through Innovation and Technology’, for educators from the Ministry of Education and Skills Development, Government of Bhutan, held from November 11-15.

* Mid-Career Training Programme-Level 4 (MCTP-Level 4) for officers of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG), conducted during November 4-8.

Highlights of the programmes included:

* The signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between JGU and the Ministry of Education and Skills Development, Bhutan. The MoU lays the groundwork for a three- to five-year partnership focusing on training Bhutanese educators.

* Participation of over 60 attendees, who were provided with invaluable tools and techniques to enhance their understanding of communication, leadership, and ethics and apply these learnings effectively in their professional environments. * Classroom training under the supervision of Dr. Pulkit Khanna, Dean JIBS, ensuring that sessions were engaging, interactive and impactful.
