Biography

Prof. Deepak Maun, a PhD & MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, has 10 years-experience spanning corporate (Ops/SCM), Ed-Tech startup, and academia. He received his PhD in Innovation and Management in Education (IME) from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A) (India). 

At JGU, he teaches Ph.D. courses on Governance of Higher Education, and History of Education in India. He teaches effective communication to UG/Masters students, with a focus on personal branding via social media. His elective course on Lifelong Self-Directed Learning is first of its kind in Indian universities.

His research interests include governance and leadership in higher education, and Ph.D. education.
