The Center for Women, Law, and Social Change aims to advance interdisciplinary approaches to feminism in teaching, research and policy advocacy. With an academic commitment to high-quality research the Center also aims to contribute to wider legal thinking on issues related to social justice. It encourages various student initiatives, projects and trainings in areas related to gender and social justice. The Center staff teach courses on Feminist Jurisprudence; Gender Law and Governance; Human Rights of Women; and Family Law. They are actively involved in various research projects that address issues of gender based violence in Haryana.
