The Center aims to provide a platform for cutting-edge research in corporate and financial regulation; enhance understanding of the regulation of financial markets and corporate governance in Indian and other jurisdictions; facilitate research in the financial sector including areas such as capital markets, cross border investments, banking regulation, security regulation, infrastructure regulation, anti-trust, real estate and corporate governance; and foster the development of knowledge, policy analysis, and scholarship in these areas.
