Biography

Niranjan Reddy Challa serves as the Joint Director at the Jindal Institute of Leadership Development and Executive Education (JILDEE), O.P. Jindal Global University. At JILDEE, he drives strategic initiatives that encompass executive education, leadership development, and institutional capacity-building programs designed at JILDEE

A leadership development professional with a multidisciplinary background in Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, and Institutional strategy, Niranjan brings over a decade of cross-sector experience spanning higher education, government systems, and corporate learning environments. His work emphasises program innovation, stakeholder collaboration, and impact-oriented learning design within the executive education ecosystem.

Before joining JILDEE, Niranjan, as the Joint Director, also headed the Office of Student Affairs at O.P. Jindal Global University, where he led student engagement initiatives across 12 schools. He also served as Manager (Innovation & Translation) with IIIT Hyderabad’s iHub-Data, advancing research commercialisation, entrepreneurship, and industry partnerships under the National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems (NM-ICPS).In addition, he has served as faculty with reputed educational institutions, teaching courses in psychology, leadership, and organisational development, and mentoring students and professionals in applied learning and career development.

As a consultant, he collaborated with global clients such as Accenture, ByteDance, and Google to develop data-driven wellness and performance enhancement frameworks. His prior work with the Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D), Telangana State Prisons Department, and the Telangana State Police Academy as a resource person focused on behavioural training, resilience building, and leadership effectiveness for officers and trainees.

In addition to his academic qualifications, he is a certified professional in Harrison Assessments and has completed several international certifications from globally recognised institutions, including Harvard University, Johns Hopkins University, the World Health Organisation, the University of Toronto, University of Maryland and IBM, PMI, among others. His professional training spans leadership development, organisational psychology, behavioural science, and strategic consulting, reflecting a sustained commitment to evidence-based and globally benchmarked professional growth.
